Over the years Vickie has worked at my yard after work and during the weekends and has always been trustworthy and confident working alongside the horses, from their daily care to administrating medication/ injections and applying first aid I know the horses are in good hands.
In addition to the horses, Vickie has house sat for me on a number of occasions for my cats and dogs. Wellies and Boots the cats and Vinnie and Alfie the collie dogs - all are very individual in characters but are all very happy and healthy when I return and my house is clean and tidy. My animals are treated extremely well and have first class care while I’m away.
I recommend Vickie highly to you as a person with a love of animals, the outdoors and to care for animals to the highest standard.

Our 2 Jack Russell terriers. Basil and Marge and cat, Fred (and tortoise, Lightning) loved Vickie looking after them when we went away. Bonnie, my crossbreed rescue dog absolutely loves Vickie and her walks when I'm at work. Vickie it's great with her, always going out of her way to make the best for her and working around my unpredictable work schedule. She also looked after Bonnie and my house when I had to go away and she wasn't well. I knew she couldn't be in better hands. Highly recommend.

For the past five years, Vickie has looked after my cat and guinea pigs whilst I’ve been away on holiday. My cat gets very stressed when left in a cattery so having him looked after in his own home is the perfect answer for both of us. The level of care and attention Vickie gives the animals is second to none and my cat has always been happy and contented on my return from holiday. The same goes for the guinea pigs, they thrived in my absence and even seemed friendlier and more confident on my return! I got regular texts and photos too that were fun to receive and it was also reassuring to know that someone was keeping an eye on the house and picking up the post – this is a real added benefit of Vickie’s services. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Vickie, she has a real affinity with animals which is wonderful to see.

Vickie stayed in our house for 3 weeks to look after our precious Meg the dog. Not only did Meg enjoy spending time with Vickie she also built up a great bond with her. Vickie looked after our house as well so complete peace of mind whilst we were away. Vickie really loves all the animals she looks after and cares for them as if her own.
